These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Deeplifts, operated by L&D Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Deeplifts, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Deeplifts provides an AI-powered powerlifting programming coach. The AI is trained on content from experienced powerlifting coaches and is designed to assist with training program design and periodization. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Deeplifts. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@deeplifts.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Deeplifts is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI model or training data
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Deeplifts is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI’s programming advice will be suitable for your individual health or fitness needs. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any new training program.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L&D Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Deeplifts, including any injury resulting from following AI-generated programming.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
